I have an eclectic style with the majority of my training being in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This style allows me the flexibility of approaching each person in the way that fits them best. I love seeing the improvement clients can make, especially using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My main areas of practice are Depression, Anxiety, Sleep issues (CBT-i), Life Coaching. I practice a style of therapy called TEAM-CBT, which is a more structured style of CBT (by David Burns MD).
