I have more than 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults and specialize in helping people who are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, and family conflicts. I utilize a solution-focused approach to treatment and incorporate cognitive and behavioral interventions to assist people in improving their psychological well-being and their relationships with others.
In addition, I am extremely skilled at working with adolescents with behavior problems and emotional problems and can effectively engage even the most mistrustful teenager. I develop a partnership with every adolescent and family so that we can work together to reduce problematic behavior and minimize family conflicts.
