I consider myself a humanistic psychotherapist, who emphasizes the uniqueness of each individual, and through this uniqueness, I will help you to realize your own true potential. Since you direct therapy, several modalities are used to meet your individual needs; ie, some issues are better dealt with by using cognitive behavioral or psychodynamic techniques.
I use EMDR and Hypnotherapy as an adjunct to psychotherapy in the treatment of trauma, eating disorders, weight management, and stress reduction. I am also a certified practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP). I offer specialized groups, workshops, and retreats. I lead an ongoing women's counseling group for coping with the deeper issues of life.

Starting February 2022: “Join My Virtual Group” Do you wish for a safe place for women to get together and talk about some of the deeper issues of life? Come and be heard while connecting with other women, each on her own journey of personal growth.
