I know it is not easy to reach out, look inward, and commit to changes. I enjoy working with people who want to grow, creative people, successful people, underdogs, athletes, parents, educators, students, and people with potential to develop. I like working with people at points in their lives where they want to understand more about themselves, achieve more, and commit to wellness.

Topics often include relationships, family, work, school, fun, and patterns. I work with people on attitudes and feelings about themselves and others. I help to understand and improve interactions, beliefs, emotions, energy, and dreams. This often involves dealing with anger, sadness, shame, love, conflicts, anxiety, coping, decisions, and maturity.

I sometimes utilize breathing and visualization exercises. I have evening hours and reduced fees for daytime hours. I accept traditional insurance and out-of-network PPOs, but not HMOs. I work mainly with people who can drive themselves or take a train to my office, but accept some younger clients.
