I particularly enjoy working with women going through some sort of life transition or daily life stressor and those looking to find better balance in their life(ie: work/ life balance, transition to parenthood, relationship guidance, transition to college or the work force, living a healthier lifestyle through diet and exercise, burnout, worry, and those just dealing with daily stress.
