I offer EFT couples sessions and individual therapy. I also discernment counseling for couples who are not sure if they want to stay together. I offer tele-mental health sessions online for couples and individuals. I also offer AEDP trauma therapy for individuals.
What makes me successful as an experiential therapist is my ability to pinpoint issues and address them directly with clarity and compassion. I have a mindful, non-judgmental, presence that helps people get in touch with their core emotions (sadness, fear, anger, joy, excitement).
