With over 20 years of experience working with expectant and new families, I provide the support, tools and information you need to navigate this journey. My goal is to help you feel empowered, connected and equipped with realistic parenting strategies.
If you have experienced pregnancy or birth trauma, I utilize EMDR and IFS therapies to help process the trauma and build self-compassion. Healing from difficult births can strengthen your sense of self, and allow you to voice your needs.
I work to strengthen your relationships and adapt to changing roles. My holistic approach addresses mental, emotional and physical wellbeing for parents and babies.
