My professional approach with Professional Psychotherapeutic Practices, Hypnotherapy, EMDR and Trauma Informed Therapy, is used to reduce trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and more. She conducts Life Coaching workshops that build communication and self-esteem skills. Individual Psychotherapy sessions for adults and 12-17 year old children. I treat many anxiety, depression, phobias and trauma using different methods of therapy. I now offer a 2 1/2 day Trauma Therapy Healing that takes place in in my comfortable office setting. You will spend 2 and a half days with me in healing your journey through any trauma you may have faced in your life.
I can help you navigate through many life challenges whether it be to change jobs, start an education, grieve a loss, medication management and relationships issues.
