Using Pia Mellody's model of Developmental Immaturity I support clients as they explore their unique history and identify paths toward balance and healing. I specialize in working with clients who want to explore boundaries, codependency, addiction/recovery, love addiction/love avoidance, shame resilience, trauma resolution, emotional and sexual betrayal.
Additionally, I bring my training in Somatic Experiencing®, a gentle body based trauma release model, to the process of healing. Using somatic awareness I gently guide clients toward the innate, self regulatory processes of trauma resolution, facilitating completion of the "stuck" flight, flight, or freeze response.
