DBT
Learn the skills you need to help regulate emotion and mood. DBT is a sound evidence based approach to help smooth out the difficulties with emotional and mood disruption that cause problems in relationship. I am trained and experienced in this method. Individual sessions are available and can serve as an important adjunct to the group. I welcome you to continue with the group following the skills training. Evidence shows that attending the group for maintenance for 6-12 months is the most helpful. The program intake fee is $55. Individual sessions vary in cost based on length and insurance.
