Mobile Team Support Services is a Mobile Service provided by two Licensed Clinical Professionals available in the Bucks and Montgomery County areas, to clients, ranging in age from child to adult, with emotional,mental, behavioral health needs in the community, home, or school settings. The Mobile Support Team consists of Brigitte DeChiaro, Licensed Professional Counselor and Christopher Diggles, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a mobile support meeting you in your environment and community..
In these situations our role is that if "Coach" with the identified client as "Player", and a member of Their Community Team. Treatment planning will stress objectives and outcomes set in a systems oriented approach, with the client, and identified team , supporting each other toward identified outcome
.An environmental systems approach can be utilized to incorporate existing community systems, agencies, and professionals into the identified Teams action plan. A cognitive dynamic approach can be utilized to work with emotional reactions, perceptions, identify strengths, skills, tools that can be employed more effectively.
