I am a transpersonal psychotherapist and I specialize in PTSD and trauma. The body and nervous system is where trauma gets "stuck" and stored. Therefore, in order for healing to occur, we must work with the body as well as the mind! Through awareness of limiting beliefs and unhealthy thoughts, coupled with the wisdom of the body, healing happens! No matter what, I believe that Healing Is Always Possible!
Using an experiential and body-centered approach, I draw from gestalt, somatic experencing, brainspotting, EMDR and hypnotherapy. These modalities are extremely effective in treating trauma and address the mind-body connection.
I received my master's from Naropa University and have trained in Gestalt, Somatic Experiencing,EMDR, Brainspotting and Dr.Joe Dispenza's work in neuroscience. I am passionate about healing and I truly value my clients. They're amazing people and I learn from their courage, strength and growth daily!

The Spiritual Journey in Pregnancy
This 8 week class starts 3/16/14 and was created for expectant mothers to be supported and cultivate community as they journey through pregnancy. They will gain tools to deepen emotional awareness, anchor into their bodies wisdom and create conscious connection with their babies! This class is very experiential and uses a variety of modalities including; body awareness, meditation, movement, guided imagery, personal sharing and journaling. The journey of pregnancy is a sacred one, Enjoy!
