I’m passionate about serving women seeking love-love of self, love of others, and knowing it in their bones. I love helping women to learn to nurture themselves, accept they are important and that caring for and healing themselves is a political act of resistance and decolonization. I often work with First Gen women. Exploring what parents (from around the world) brought with them- traditions or practices, ways of thinking, or maybe intergenerational trauma can resonate. With some people we'll do a deep dive into changes to your lifestyle. Seeking therapy is a strength, an act of courage, a journey inward, outward, and forward.
Whether you're entrenched in relationship issues, in the depths of grief, looking for respite from burnout, exhaustion, or the pandemic, using a holistic and integrative approach, we'll explore tools for coping. We'll work together to uncover and discover what works for you on your journey to find peace, healing and wholeness of body mind and soul.
