For over 33 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups to help them manage stress, heal emotional wounds, and bring into awareness past learning that may block happiness today. Individuals want direct but supportive listening and honest feedback. My desire is to gently motivate, educate, and inspire Individuals to establish healthy emotional boundaries. Individuals will feel motivated, educated, and inspired to establish healthy emotional boundaries so that they can positively and productively increase their self-confidence and self-esteem.
Individuals and Couples can benefit from my 30 years in teaching and counseling. Individuals and Couples will become aware and introspective into their thoughts and feelings, and learn how to communicate effectively. Individuals will build a "tool box" to help them cope with issues of anxiety, depression, parenting, stress, trauma, and job related issues.
Individuals will be offered a prompt appointment and met with a warm welcome from all licensed therapists in the practice. Individuals will sense empathy, active listening and supportive feedback during the clinical session. Individuals will be given homework to highlight what is discussed in the session.
