I am a licensed psychotherapist with a graduate degree from Columbia University/CAU with more than 15 years' experience. I work with individuals and couples in different settings and across a range of issues, including: depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics; bereavement; and trauma.
Being always mindful of client's history, I use the therapeutic relationship to heal - expanding personal awareness. Picking up the phone is a critical step to start the process of feeling better.
