We are always growing and changing, trying to maneuver the daily challenges of life, and sometimes we need help. With over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist and having served more than 500 adolescents, adults, and families in school settings and in private practice, I will help you by quickly building rapport and trust and by using compassion, warmth, honesty, and humor, and action-oriented and goal-focused therapy. My qualifications: University of Notre Dame-Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa; University of Chicago-Master's Degree in Social Work, School Social Worker, the Chancellor's List.
I work with adolescents (ages 12+), adults, and families facing a range of emotional challenges.
