Holistic Counseling heals the entire person. When you heal one, you heal all three & when you harm one, you harm all three (body, mind & spirit) because they are not separate entities. I use several holistic approaches that will help you connect & center yourself so you can heal and move on.
When used, Body-Mind Behavior Modification & Expressive Art can increase those behaviors you'd like to build on and decrease those you do not desire in a positive way using all of your senses; body & mind. The results are great!
