Stress, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues come in many forms and tend to mask our awareness of our strengths and resources. Yet, it is the struggles themselves that help us to change and grow. Understanding this paradox is one way to find meaning and purpose in life. My clients benefit from slowing down, tuning in to their inner wisdom, and finding solutions to the stress, emotional pain, or emptiness they experience. My approach is holistic and integrative to help you identify recurring patterns, heal traumas, and make positive changes in your life and in relationships.
My work is informed by trainings in yoga, DBT, mindfulness-based CBT and trauma-sensitive meditation. I am also certified in EMDR and I am a master practitioner in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). EMDR and ART are comprehensive in treating various forms of trauma, as well as phobias. Coping skills are taught to support growth and deeper healing.
My goal is to offer a safe and compassionate space to work collaboratively with you so that you feel empowered to live more authentically for yourself and for those around you. I am licensed and offer in person and telehealth sessions in Pennsylvania and telehealth only in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
