DBT (Dialetical Behavior Therapy)
DBT IOP is an on-going class that teaches specific, evidence-based skills on how to balance your emotions, get through a crisis, manage difficult relationships and better understand your own thoughts and feelings. Each group involves a mindfulness practice, a teaching component, and a homework review. Clients can expect to achieve goals of feeling calmer and emotionally balanced as well as decreasing impulsive, emotional, or reactive behaviors.
