For over 30 years I have been helping people with ADD/ADHD, executive function and related issues to understand their unique challenges and strengths, and discover practical, do-able strategies to compensate and excel. As an adult with ADD/EFD, having raised a child with ADHD, I totally 'get it.'

This is a support group for women with ADD/ADHD or Executive Function challenges (focused on brain based differences in smart people). A safe place to share and discuss strategies to accomplish goals, techniques for time and project management, how to improve productivity, communication and relationships, tips for lasting organization, creating routines, life/career balance and reducing stress, the value of self-care (and how to fit it in).
