Jill has over fifteen years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist and is certified by the American Group Psychotherapy Association and the American Art Therapy Association. In addition to maintaining private clinical practices in Annapolis, MD, and Charlottesville, VA, As a therapist, Jill provides support and tools to individuals, groups and families who are interested in transforming their lives and relationships. Jill believes that every person carries within him/herself the capacity for healing and that her role is to help them access this wisdom. Jill has also worked with executive teams throughout the United States to implement cultural change.

Jill also teaches Sheng Zhen Gong, a system of qigong based in unconditional love. Qigong, an ancient healing art involving moving and non-moving meditations, has three primary healing functions; to improve health, to improve the emotions/relieve stress, and to open the heart. Women's Creative Cognitive Therapy Group
The goal of this dynamic group is to help members learn, practice and assimilate new skills that they can use to improve their quality of life and the health of their relationships. Group activities include cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices and creative activities, each of which serve to help members identify and challenge old belief/behavior patterns and integrate new and more empowering beliefs and behaviors. This group provides a safe and supportive environment where members experience and practice compassion, curiosity, playfulness, empathy, and acceptance. Group members must have a primary therapist and be willing to complete homework between sessions.
