Divorce has often been viewed a source of pain, regret and shame, and when all those emotions converge, it is tempting to isolate and hide. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding one’s divorce, divorce is a loss that is worth grieving and no one should have to grieve alone. Rediscover You is a 8-week psychoeducational and process group for adult women navigating life during and post divorce. In this group, attends will gain skills to manage the vacillating emotions that come with divorce, as well as interpersonal effectiveness skills, redefining boundaries and rebuilding self worth and self confidence.

Black Girls Heal is a series of psychoeducational and process groups where women of color can explore a variety of topics ranging from normalizing rest, boundaries and healing from trauma. In this session, attendees will learn the purpose of boundaries, learn the different types of boundaries and adopt strategies to response to boundary violations. This group will also help foster community connectedness and a sisterhood as members explore, challenge and reframe internalize messages that acts as barriers to boundary establishment and enforcement.
