Are you having a hard time figuring out what is going on with your relationships with others? Do you have recurring or consistent negative thoughts and feelings about yourself and your future? My name is Brooke Buck and I am here to assist you in breaking down the walls of communication and rebuild them the way you have always wanted to. I work hard to listen and help to provide a different perspective to my clients.
I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my sessions to help you become aware of negative thinking, so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way. I also use Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and have began facilitating group workshops on varying issues (see "groups" tab for more info.)
My primary focus is on adults and couples struggling with life's issues in this busy area we call home. I take the time to understand the difficulties you are facing and will aim to work with you to help you become the happy and successful person that you are!

LPC Clinical Supervision Group
I will be offer LPC Clinical Supervision Group. Group will meet every Monday from 12pm to 1pm. You would be able to join virtually or in person.
