My approach is integrative and I specialize in anxiety and separation, fertility, relationships, self-worth and career issues.
My approach mixes spiritual with more traditional therapies to offer deeper and lasting change. Intervention focuses include neurological reprograming to find and change negative core beliefs that are determining what is showing up in your inner and outer experiences along with spiritual and mindfulness based insights and tools.
It has been my experience personally and working with clients that all suffering lies in a deviation from our authentic self and that rediscovering our truth does heal all. In our work we will focus on finding your positive self worth to foster deep and lasting healing and return you to your power.
