My style is direct and interpersonal. In treatment we will address not only your current issues but their source. Therapy is always a collaborative experience for my patients. It takes some time to fully resolve years of interpersonal relationship problems, previous trauma, unhealthy coping skills, feelings of emptiness, helplessness, powerlessness, anxiety, depression etc. but with patience and persistence it can be done!
Heather Vargo utilizes a host of integrative therapy approaches and assessment tools to quickly guide her patients to the root of long-standing beliefs and behaviors that are nolonger serving them well. This new insight/increased self-awareness empowers patients to identify, explore and address the behaviors and beliefs that are getting in their way.
