Welcome! I believe that therapy should be about creating lasting insights that will help change your life and relationships and bring you to a happier, more peaceful place. I have been a licensed therapist/counselor for the past 13 years and working in the mental health field for over 21 years. My goal is to create a safe and interactive environment to dig deeper into hard topics. My personal motto is, “we leave no stone unturned”. My specialty populations include women in high stress leadership roles, and those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and post abortion grief.
When working with me, clients are able to find a therapeutic approach that best suits their needs. My therapeutic style includes CBT, ACT, person centered, and sand tray.
