Welcome. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of ABC Therapies, LLC (ABCT); a private practice providing mental health and relationship counseling services for individuals, couples and families who are motivated to overcome life's challenges and achieve wellness and personal goals.
I work with my clients to uncover their strengths, correct unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns, and learn new skills that improve their mental health, and the quality of their lives and relationships. We do this together by building a strong therapeutic alliance and targeting presenting concerns.
Research studies show that the most critical aspect of positive outcomes in therapy is the client-therapist relationship, or "alliance".
