Virtual 8-Week Adult Intensive Outpatient Program
The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program offers an 8 week accelerated DBT skills curriculum. You can still live at home, go to work, get a job, and attend school while beginning to rebuild your personal life with the help you receive from the clinical and peer support systems provided. This program offers a minimum of 10 hours of services weekly which includes: individual therapy, 2 hour skills groups, and yoga/art therapy. The program is offered as a morning track from 9 -12pm as well as an evening track from 5 - 8pm to best meet individual needs.

Virtual 20 Week DBT Skills Training Group
DBT 20 Week Skills Training Group offers 1.5hrs of skills weekly to help group members Build a Life Worth Living. Based on Dr. Marsha Linehan's manual, DBT teaches four modules of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. Group size is limited to 8 participants. A 90-minute initial assessment appointment is required for admission into all of our programs. This program is offered on Tuesday 9am - 10:30am, Wednesday & Thursday 6pm - 7:30pm.

Virtual Multi-Family Adolescent Program
The Multi-Family Adolescent Group (13 - 17 years) is a 4-month program for adolescents and their parents/guardians where they will learn powerful and evidence-based DBT skills in a dynamic and interactive educational setting. Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and the fifth module of Walking the Middle Path, are incorporated in this curriculum covering issues such as how to manage crisis within the family, and communicate effectively, learn ways to tolerate life’s stressors, and problem solve difficult emotions and behaviors, and understand more about normal teen behaviors versus problematic behaviors. Phone Coaching is provided.
