I approach counseling from a cognitive behavioral perspective, meaning that I believe that our thoughts produce our feelings and our feelings produce our behaviors. However, I also use EMDR and Internal Family Systems in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to give my clients a range of avenues to find their healing. I try to make every session practical and productive. I have also written a book, "Forgive and Live", which I use in group therapy and has recently been re-written as a video series.
