I provide individual counseling to children, adolescents and adults as well as marriage, couples and family therapy. I have extensive experience working with families to promote improvement in communication, coping, parenting and life skills.
I encourage my clients to practice EMPS, being Emotionally, Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually prepared for life's challenges. I offer a safe environment to discuss inner conflicts, share personal stories and experiences.
