I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has practiced since 1993. I work with adolescents and their families using a stress-management approach to treatment. I also enjoy working with adults and couples to assist in dealing with life stresses and relationship issues. I have developed a personal approach to therapy that combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), ACT, Adlerian and psychodynamic interventions. I have additional training in financial therapy. My approach achieves results.

I have worked extensively with individual adults, couples and families and can treat couples and individuals that are dealing with financial concerns and conflict surrounding money and finances. I can also effectively treat depression and anxiety, PTSD and relationship concerns.
