Hi there I'm Jodi. I specialize in short-term cognitive behavioral therapy. I provide supportive, safe and non-judgmental environment assisting individuals who are suffering from depression, anxiety, relationship struggles and family issues. I consider myself to be the narcist whisperer. I can assist you with dealing with the difficult people in your life by setting boundaries, saying no assertively and conflict de-escalation.
My background is in CBT cognitive behavioral therapy, changing the way you think changes the way you feel and changes your behavior while building self-esteem and self-efficacy.

Court Mandated Substance Abuse Counseling
Group is provided to those individuals who have been court ordered to complete an outpatient substance abuse program. I work closely with the courts, DMV and probation officers to ensure successful completion of treatment programs.
