My passion and profession is helping people rebuild healthier foundations and having the gift of being a part of individuals healing their own life story and recreating their lives into something new. I can help you identify personal barriers to living life and pursuing your best "Self", understand addictive and compulsive behavior patterns and develop healthier ways to realistically manage life. Previous career experiences include crisis intervention; structural family work; intensive work with recovery from addiction, mental health and trauma.

I am also a Registered Yoga Instructor and Reiki I, II practitioner which I believe "brings balance to my overall practice. I believe that our healing from anything comes, "from the inside out" ...and the journey begins with having that healthy connection and relationship with yourself physically/emotionally/ spiritually and energetically.

8 Week Trauma Sensitive Yoga Workshop in March

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Classes are specifically designed to be beneficial for survivors of Trauma. This may include abuse, neglect, sexual assault, rape, chronic anxiety and stress, PTSD, domestic violence. The main goal in yoga classes is for women to feel they are in control of their own bodies. 2 trained yoga professionals are there to create a safe and supportive environment. Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is a way to become comfortable and safe once again in your own body, calm fear and anxiety, learn techniques to stay present and grounded, to quiet repetitive thoughts, and to learn self-regulation tools through gentle yoga and mindful breathing.
