Are you feeling anxious and out of control when you think about your child? Do you have questions about relationships or parenting? I have a background in both development and psychotherapy. I teach parents about development and help them learn what is "getting in the way" of parenting the way they want to. I also help couples "get on the same page" with parenting. Children come here to enhance development, learn social skills and have good self esteem. Children with developmental, behavioral and sensory concerns find a safe place to grow and explore. Parent Coaching is also available.
I work with families and children facing a variety of situations from diagnoses such as ADHD or Autism to issues such as divorce, social anxiety or acting out. I am an LCSW with additional training and experience in Play Therapy (including Sand Tray), DIR/Floortime, Sensory Integration Techniques and ABA.
I focus on encouraging people to feel safe and comfortable. I offer experiential therapies such as play therapy and using art for self exploration. All sessions are confidential and nonjudgmental. The office has a fully equipped play therapy and a warm space for adults and teens. Call for more information.

A Hero's Journey~~ Women's Painting Group
Women seek to find and acknowledge their inner hero through the process of painting. Each week, participants are given a painting prompt, they are then given extended time to explore the topic, meditate and paint about their experience. Discussion follows to allow the group to process it together.
