Mr. Glenn Gelfenbein

Counselor , MA , LPC

(541) 362-8244
For more than 15 years, my clinical practice has focused on the treatment of children, teens, and adults with learning and attention differences (Learning Disabilities and ADHD) and their families. I have recently relocated to the Rogue Valley. In the Bay Area, I founded and co-developed a cross-discipline clinic that provided mental health services, educational therapy, career counseling, and ADHD coaching to children and adults with these differences. I take a strength based, empowerment approach, which focuses on helping individuals with these challenges understand their differences, develop compensatory strategies, and work toward their educational and life success.
More information about my clinical orientation, the 10 Steps to Success, and my programs and services can be found on my new local website: In addition to individual counseling meetings, I offer ADHD coaching, and parent, teen, and adult group programs.
In Oregon, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. In California, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am also currently enrolled in a certified ADHD coach training program. I have a significant interest in recovery from all types of trauma and abuse and have worked with many clients struggling with depression and anxiety.

Got Adult ADHD?

There is much more to ADHD than too little attention to too much hyperactivity. It effects many aspects of how you process information and manage lifes demands. Research increasingly emphasizes that people with ADHD possess specific weaknesses in executive functioning. These functions are the highest level of brain processing. They enable us to make good decisions and take productive actions in the world. This 8-week class will focus on education about ADHD and executive functions, discuss common struggles, provide support, and present concrete strategies to help you overcome your challenges.
