I have repeatedly been impressed and moved by the process and experience that is psychotherapy. With each new person that I meet, I endeavor to foster a relationship through which healing, self-awareness, and personal growth can take place. I aim to help people identify their own emotional truths and live a more fulfilling life. My practice focuses on the treatment of depression and anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment to chronic illness, stress management, and interpersonal difficulties. My approach is integrative and collaborative, based on trust, respect, and compassion.
I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist (International Board for Certification of Group Psychotherapists) and lead therapy groups that focus on the improvement of interpersonal functioning and the enhancement of an individual's ability to develop healthy, satisfying and emotionally close relationships.

Groups
Interpersonal Relationship Enhancement
Group therapy will help you gain access to your feelings, understand them, and use them constructively. Participation in group can reduce your symptoms and enhance your interpersonal effectiveness as well. My groups provide an opportunity for you to learn about yourself and examine how you behave in interpersonal relationships. Group therapy is an empirically validated treatment that is as effective, if not more so, than individual treatment for many people. Participants learn to communicate skillfully with heart and intimacy. The groups I lead help people understand and change problematic behaviors as well as feel more authentic and alive.
