My desire is to come alongside you to provide a supportive and caring space during life transitions, relationship issues, or stressful life events. I work with women, couples, adolescents and their families struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, and faith-based issues. I also journey with people in understanding their story around trauma, childhood sexual abuse, and relationship issues that leave you confused and feeling alone. I have experience workings with individuals, families, and couples. I help those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse related concerns, relationship issues, parenting, and spiritual issues to name only a few.
I practice from an attachment, interpersonal neurobiological, and narrative centered space. In essence, this is a bio/psycho/social/spiritual model. I believe that this comprehensive approach serves to benefit the whole client, focusing on the true problem and not simply the symptoms of the problem.
