Why spend your energy trying to cope with what is, when you could use it to create what you really want? I love working with people who are motivated to make significant life change, even if they don't know where or how to begin! I focus on teaching clients to separate thoughts from feelings, tap into their inner core of intuitive awareness, and use their own inner guidance system -- to move toward their goals, and away from old patterns and obstacles to growth. Along the way, we bring in interesting discussions, good books, homework, mindfulness exercises, and of course, some humor!
I have studied the union of psychology and spirituality for most of my life, and am interested in the ways we can create our own reality through our stories. I am a student of Louise Hay, Abraham-Hicks, Wayne Dyer, Brian Weiss, Bruce Lipton (and others!), and bring this energy to my work. As a specialist in Integrative Mental Health, my approach is holistic.
I have worked alongside a therapy dog since 2001. My work partner Celeste, a Golden Retriever, has had a good deal of "on the job training" since puppyhood. She is an excellent love specialist, and continues to work on office manners... All clients and office visitors have become our training partners!

Coming Out Support for Mid-Life Men
Please contact Dianne for further information. These are closed groups, limited to 8 participants, meeting on six Saturday afternoons over a three-month period. Commitment to confidentiality of group members expected. (Times may be altered depending upon the needs of group participants.) NOTE: Due to the limitations of video conferencing, groups are currently on hold.
