I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in treating adults, kids, and teens with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, agoraphobia, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), social anxiety, phobias, hoarding, depression, anxiety, trichotillomania, dermatillomania, and other conditions. I use evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and habit-reversal training (HRT). My approach is based on action, and it's embedded in your real life (not just my office). As such, I will ask you to work on things outside of our sessions together in order to facilitate progress and improve your quality of life.

When treating anxiety, I use exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy and other exposure-based interventions. Treatment is tailored to your specific symptoms and will occur in my office or in-vivo (at work, school, home, or in public) depending on what will help you most effectively reach your goals.

Treatment options include a continuum of care ranging from individual psychotherapy to daily intensive outpatient treatment. I also provide free monthly support groups for OCD and lower-cost group treatments for OCD, social anxiety, panic, and hoarding. We offer both open-ended and closed-ended groups.
