I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, (EFT), and EMDR approachs along and Play Therapy for children. These methods are successful with a wide range of issues including; grief, anxiety, destructive behaviors, depression, ineffective communication and relationship issues.
I enjoy my work and see the benefits people receive from understanding what underlies their thoughts, feelings and actions. I work with my clients in a way that allows them to feel listened to and supported while teaching them the process that can create lasting change.
