Eating Disorders
A Holistic, Humanistic & Cognitive Behavioral approach is combined to help you learn not to fear your needs and wants & how to separate yourself from the constant demands made by the eating disorder. "An eating disorder cannot live without you, but only without an eating disorder can you truly live!" Moving the energy, drive & creativity used to foster an eating disorder is channeled into a personal recovery path to reclaim hope, life & love back into your life. Cyndy's practice is in a confidential & caring setting where both tears and laughter are a part of the healing process.

Parents & Guardians of Sexual Abuse Victims
When a child or teen is a victim of sexual abuse the trauma extends to their parents and caregivers. This is a group to provide you with support and understanding as you attempt to heal yourself. In a confidential and caring setting you meet with others who are walking through a process that includes a wide range of feelings, fears and often legal proceedings. This is a place where you can share and receive as you continue to care and support your loved one; while taking loving actions for yourself. Note the Victim Crime Program usually covers group fees.
