Pamela Duggan

My training and experience over the last fifteen years has equipped me to assist individuals, couples and families. Individual goals may be of making peace with your past, improving self confidence or resolving stuck issues and moving forward. I have extensive training in treating anxiety disorders and trauma. I also have training and experience with children and parent issues. I enjoy helping parents learn skills to help their children. Before working in the mental health field I was a certified teacher and had specialties in reading and learning disabilities.
I have advanced training in Bilateral Reprocessing (EMDR) for use with anxiety and depression. The modalities I use with children include art therapy, sand tray therapy, play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have training from the Gottman Institute for Marital Therapy.
