My approach of talk therapy integrated with non-verbal approaches (Expressive Arts, Sandplay, Guided Imagery, Body-centered therapy) works with the whole brain/whole person. Together we discover what's right, increase awareness, find clarity, improve coping and problem-solving skills, and build on your unique strengths to resolve problems and create lasting change.
