Individuals with autism often develop behavioral issues, stress/ anxiety and depression triggered by their struggle with daily life and socializing. I have created a curriculum to support this population to build self confidence and find their place in the world. I provide community resources for teens and young adults with autism. As a parent and clinician My program provides a safe creative setting for group members and monthly meetings to keep parents informed.I have also provided individual therapy for autistic teens and young adults.
Struggling with communication, affair or other relationship issues as a couple or individuals it is often painful. I create a supportive neutral space to understand why and how to move forward. Establishing a connection with each individual allows issues of anxiety, self-esteem, struggles with depression and bi-polar to make positive changes.
Collaboration with individuals has led me to learn what works and what doesn't in therapy. I have conducted support groups for parents with special needs children, social skills for teens and young adults with autism, as wells as individual therapy for autistic teens and young adults .

Teen to Young Adults- The Gathering Place
A unique social skills group for teens and young adults with autism, 2 groups each age group: 13-17 years (Sat) 18-22 (Thurs) and (Wed) forming.A closed group meets once a week for 24 weeks to model and create friendships while learning the tools need to generalize in group members' natural environment. Parent participation once a month. *Vendored-Westside Regional funding is available.
