I help women before and during pregnancy and postpartum to cope with losses, depression/anxiety, work/life balance, and changes in identity and relationships. I am a beginning level student of Somatic Experiencing, a trauma treatment method that helps heal through the nervous system to find greater integration and a sense of well-being.
