I focus on empowering people affected by worries, depression, trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, despair, confusion, loss, or relationship problems. Good therapy makes room for resilience. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and respectful. I have received training in psychodynamic, relational therapy. Research in psychodynamic therapy shows long term benefits years after treatment has ended.
I specialize in the following: men's issues, relationship issues, eating/body issues, fathering, bicultural dilemmas. I work with adults and adolescents in individual therapy.
