Life is hard. But that doesn't mean that enjoyment and freedom are distant, idealistic concepts. Whether you are experiencing difficulties in relationships or individually, therapy can be an empowering and life-changing tool. Within my practice, I seek to understand you, first and foremost. I also approach counseling with a goal to modify current thoughts and behaviors, as well as understand why those thoughts and behaviors exist. Through this, you gain the tools and insight to create lasting change.

I have worked extensively with anger concerns, and target sessions toward understanding why the anger arises. I also specialize in working with adolescents with behavioral or relational concerns. Having worked with numerous adolescents, I am skilled at helping even the most stubborn get to the root of their difficulties.

I have an interest in treating the whole person, incorporating the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of each individual. Counseling should not parcel out one aspect of an individual, but should rather be holistic in nature. I thus attempt to provide treatment using a multi-faceted approach.
