Life is challenging and it is not uncommon for people to feel overwhelmed. Seeking the help of a psychologist can be a powerful tool for overcoming barriers to happiness. Only 5% of psychologists are Board Certified; I am a seasoned psychologist with two Board Certifications (CBT and Addictions), professor, and founder of the Motivational Institute for Behavioral Health. I do evidence-based work, which means more than just chatting about difficulties. We actively work together to better understand behaviors and relationship difficulties, develop goals, and follow through with strategies to achieve positive change.

I am Board Certified in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology and conduct assessment and treatment of a vast array of disorders; including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, all addictions, eating disorders, personality disorders, sleep disorders, weight loss, learning disabilities, AD/HD, social skills training, behavior modification, and grief.
