Warmest greetings! I have a private practice in the charming town of Auburn, California. I am considered to be warm, nurturing and provide a safe and caring environment. My specialties include treating trauma, anxiety, depression, loss and grief as well as dealing with the challenges and stress of infertility. Additionally, I offer telehealth sessions as well.
I bring my personal life experience to my therapeutic work and am compassionate when working with complex and sensitive ongoing issues associated with infertility and adoption. I am committed to providing support and education as clients deal with feelings, learn to understand the emotional aspects of infertility, and make informed choices.
I also offer the option of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) treatment combined with somatic therapy for chronic pain, migraine headaches, endometriosis, traumatic symptoms resulting from miscarriages and infertility loss, war veterans, sexual abuse, test and sports performance, etc. Please visit my website for further information on EMDR.
