I am available for in person and tele-therapy sessions at this time. As a licensed psychologist, I assist in many areas of mental health, including difficulties with depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship problems, career problems, trauma, and adjustment to life transitions. I work with individuals, groups, and couples to provide practical ways to approach some of life's most difficult challenges. The aim in working together is not just to alleviate the most obvious symptoms, but to help clients lead a healthier, happier, fulfilling life.
I assist to identify areas of difficulty in relationships, and to develop an understanding of life long patterns. I am to help individuals to increase self-reflection and self-examination, and to use our relationship as a window into patterns within relationships in their lives.
I am highly committed to advanced training and continue to grow in my own development. To learn more about how I can help, please visit my website (www.annomalleyphd.com).

Adult Process Group
The group empowers members to deal better with intimacy difficulties, personal and professional interpersonal relationships, and familial conflict by focusing on their here and now experience in the group. Group therapy provides people with an opportunity to see how they reenact past conflicts, gain valuable feedback about how they are experienced by other group members, and try out new ways of interacting in order to develop more satisfying interpersonal connections.
